then why they don't,

पथरीली चट्टानों को घर बनाते बनाते,
असहनीय दर्द को भी सह जाते हैं,झुकी पीठ, धीमी रफ्तार लिए,
मन मे पीड़ा छुपाकर ह्रदय में नयी संसार रखता हैं,
साहेब धुंधली आँखे ज़रूर होती हैं,लेकिन बाप कभी अपने परिवार से नजरें नही हटाता।

Who cares to hear when you become old?
Who sits beside you until you turn cold !?

I miss the old days..the old you..the old us..
I miss those old smiles..the old yours..the old mines..
I miss those old tears..tears of happiness..tears of love..
I miss those cute faces..which makes me smile..
But now..all these things appears like a dream..
Changes in you..changes in me..changed our lives..
In reality..you could never be mine..
My heart is hurting..but still I'm fine..
And again.....
I miss the old days..the old you..the old us...
And they makes me smile..

तेरी खूबसूरती दिन पे दिन बढ़ती जा रही है,
और मेरी उम्र को दिन पे दिन बढ़ाये जा रही है।

धुंधली सी याद लिए
अपनों की आस लिए
जर्जर हवेली सी
कांपती हथेली सी
चौखट पे निगाहें है
टूटी फूटी याद लिए

उम्र की दहलीज पर
टूटती सांसो सी
बुझती आसों सी
ओझल निगाहों में
अपनों की चाह लिए

चेहरे की झुर्रियों में
चिन्ता की लकीरें हैं
छूट गये रिश्तों की
अनगिनत जन्जीरें हैं
उम्र के इस पड़ाव पर
चाह है अब खुद लिए

अपनों की निगाहों मे
घर के गलियारों में
मन सूना आँखें भी सूनी हैं
अब खलती अपनों से दूरी है
अब तो कोई आ जाय
बस यही उम्मीद लिए
धुंधली निगाहों में
अपनो की आस लिए।।
