stay away from caffeine & products
containing it.

read some novel or jolt down your
dilemma in a diary,
you will definitely feel better.
Mother's lap and her lullaby,
have always been the best ,
to get you towards your dreamland.
If you still can't do the above things,
then listen to the song of your
favorite band,
or talk to your own hand!!😛
