So, more oxygen is needed

Before there is drink
Every athlete needs nourishment

How to keep my wick
Prepared for light
Today I rest.
I honor my need

Surprising me this morning
Where's my purse,
My shoes?
Oh for the love of ADD.

Too much today.
I rest.
Finding my own way
I am still.
