Capital punishments alone do not stop crime.

If you don't study the sociological and psychological aspects of it, it is of no use.

Capital punishments are only deterrents for people who think they can get caught.
As long as the criminal thinks he/she doesn't caught, capital punishments wouldn't deter the criminal.

Punish yourself for your mistakes...not others', others' mistakes are lessons which are to be learnt as extra knowledge given in the textbooks, the main theories are our mistakes!

To the roles we play, we think we are entitled to, destiny has a role in it too.
And when destiny starts playing it's role, that's where the tale gets twisted or real.
The sad part is when we don't get what we deserve. And when I say this, I count the rewards and the PUNISHMENTS. Not getting deserving punishments is the greatest profanity, no matter how absurd it sounds now. When we don't get those punishments, we start finding composure in ourselves and when we look deeper into ourselves we encounter our innate selves - the saint and the devil. The saint in us has blossomed with every good deed and devil has exploded with every little malign act.
We spend life curbing the devil in us but when destiny plays is role, that's where we lose sanity and let the devil grow anonymously.
In euphoria and apocalypse, we tend to lose our purpose because we have been given in abundance by destiny, in the most uncertain way, more than we ever imagined, both - joy and grief.

ज़िंदगी इक इल्ज़ाम बनकर रह गई है
एक तोहमत...
जो भी आया अपने हिसाब से
झूठा-सच्चा एक इल्ज़ाम थोप कर
अपनी राह चल दिया...
रह गए बेचारे हम
तोहमतों के बोझ तले दबे हुए
उन सब इल्ज़ामों का दर्द सहते हुए
डरे से सहमे से...
इस इंतज़ार में...
कि अब कौन सा नया इल्ज़ाम आएगा
इस गठरी का बोझ बढ़ाने...
उम्मीद तो है कि अब कोई नहीं आएगा
क्योंकि सब तरह के तो आ चुके..
सबसे आखिर वाला सबसे जबरदस्त...
उनके साथ खेल खेलने वाला😂
उससे ऊपर कुछ जा ही नहीं सकता...
