ये जलन कमाल की होती है
हर किसी में कूट कूट कर भरी रहती है !!
दुनिया से नहीं अपनों से ही होती है
अगर कोई हमसे आगे निकल जाये तो भर भर कर निकलती है ||

चेहरे से खुशी झलकानी परती है
मगर अंदर आग की तूफ़ान सी जलती रहती है !!
बहुत रिश्तो को तोड़ने का काम ये करती है
ये जलन रिश्तो की ऐसी की तैसी करने मे खूब माहिर होती है ||

तन्हा रहे , हर लम्हें हम ।
चाहे गुमशुदगी का आलम हो ।
या फ़िर , हो समा-ए-गमज़दा ।
यूं तो , पर्वत भी अपने शिखर के साथ खड़ा ।
नदी भी , साथी नदियों के साथ बहा करती ।

पर , हमने ख़ुद को सिपी स ।
ख़ाली , पाक माहौल में क़ैद रखा ।
रहता जैसे , नायाब ' मोती ' स ।
