Ode to Shaktiman

"कपाला"

कपाला, शक्तिमान कार्यक्रम का एक ऐसा विलेन होता है, जिसके सामने आते ही शक्तिमान भी कमजोर पड़ जाता है और कपाला की सारी शक्ति उसके सीने में होती है।
कपाला की शक्तियां भी रामायण के वानरराज बाली से कम नहीं थी !

#शक्तिमान

ये सच है कि तुम शक्तिमान नहीं
पर तुम में जो शक्ति है, उसका तुम्हें भान नहीं

-

When I was a child,
My mother used to tell me
She will let me watch shaktimaan
If I complete my revision first.
I did complete my revision.
I was allowed to watch shaktimaan too.
But, when I attended the exams,
And went through my questions,
My mind's response to every question was-

"Shakti-shakti-shaktimaan
Shakti-shakti-shaktimaan"

गुजरना पड़ता हैं जिंदगी

सिर्फ एक बारिश से ही जमीं

हम दोनों ही दीपक है
बस मुझ संग यूं ही जलते जाना,!

ना मैं अभी तेरी साथी हूँ ना तु अभी मेरा साथी है

बस मुझ संग यूं ही चलते जाना

ना मैं सिर्फ शब्द हूँ ना तु सिर्फ अर्थ है
हम दोनों ही किस्से है
बस मुझ संग यूं ही कहानी बनते जाना!

ना मैं तेरी लहर हूँ ना तु मेरा किनारा है
हम दोनों ही नदियां है, बस मुझ संग यूं ही बहते जाना

ना मैं कहने वाली हूँ ना तु सुनने वाला है
हम दोनों ही किताबे है
बस मुझ संग यूं ही पढ़ते जाना!

बचपन में आता था टीवी पर हर संडे,,
इसकी वजह से खाते थे दिन में दो दो अंडे।।
शक्तिमान देख के घूमे गोल गोल,,,
आस थी बस इतनी जंहा चाहे पहुच जाये होकर रोल।।

If I had a time machine I would go back to my childhood...
A time when I actually lived life..
A time when mom's lap was my cozy bed and father's shoulders were only PlayStation..
A time when neighbors were our second family..
A time when all friends used to gathere at one's home to see 'SHAKTIMAN'..
A time full of happiness and life...
