✍️मध्यरात्रि के पूर्व व बाद का लेखन काफी सुकूनदायक होता है।

मध्यरात्रि के बाद सहसा नींद खुलना व सहसा लिखने की रूचि होना।
तो सोचा चलो कुछ देर ऐसे ही जाग लेता हूँ बाद में होगा बाकी सोना।

मगर लेखन का आरम्भ सीधा कहाँ, इसके लिये तो अल्फाज़ चाहिए।
कभी उर्दू, अंग्रेजी तो कभी हिन्दी के शब्दकोश भी हुनरबाज चाहिए।

वजनदार शब्दों ने मन में घर कर लिया मगर मुझे सस्ते की चाहत थी।
खोजने ज्यादा पड़ने लग गए थे अर्थ शायद इसीलिये इनसे राहत थी।

वाक़िफ़-ए-फन हर शख्स कहाँ, इस जहां में, बिल्कुल नामुमकिन है।
कई एक कई अनेक भाषाओं से वाक़िफ़, लिखते कई तो निशदिन हैं।

मानो ऐसे ही अच्छे शख्सियतों के मध्य रहने की ख्वाहिश हो रही थी।
मध्यरात्रि के बाद इस मन की मुझसे शायद यही गुजारिश हो रही थी।

है कुछ कहानी सुन एैसी जिंदगी
बड़ी ज़िद्दी और उन जैसी ज़िन्दगी

ख़ामोशी पिघलती रही तेरे नरम होटों पे
लब्ज़ कैद कितने, कितनी बेबसी, ज़िन्दगी

तुझको मुझसे इतनी शिकवा है मगर
जलेगी तब ही होगी, उजलीसी, ज़िन्दगी

उम्रभर तरसतें है लोग, हसीं लम्हों को
लम्हे में ही जी लेतें हैं, हँसी, ज़िन्दगी

आज तो नहीं फिर कभी हिसाब करते हैं
गुजरी कितनी अबतक, कैसी ज़िंदगी

Right peoples are always use the hot water
Infection may attack your throat if no boiled the water
Teeth will effect if issed cool water
Everything morning take little. light boiled water is good for health
