What kind of stories do our hearts like the most?

The stories in which we find the story of our life.


But why, why do we like such stories so much?

For the sense of being noticed, for that feeling that maybe our story is not so ordinary after all, that maybe our life story is not that lost.

टूटे ख्वाब जोड़ने आया हूँ. मै वो गांव हूँ
जो टुटी छतरी लेके शहर आया हूँ.

आखिरी रात जनाजे के नसीब में कहां मै
ज़िंदा साँसो की मयीयत को पहर आया हूँ.

रेत में दबी कस्ती मेरी जूतों पे लिखी हस्ती मेरी.
फटे लिबास में बेचने कर्ज का जहर आया हूँ.

किसानी का दर्द लिखूँ कैसे कैसे. अनाज बेच के
मै बस का टिकट लेकर दिल्ली आया हूँ.

डालों से जब-जब पत्ते झड़ जाते हैं।
घटती है तब नींद,..ख्वाब बढ़ जाते हैं।
वो दिन भर बस हमसे लड़ता रहता है...
जिसकी ख़ातिर हम सब से लड़ जाते हैं।।

गुजर जाऊंगा तू दगा कर वफा कर.
मैं नादान हूँ कहां सुधर जाऊंगा.

उठता सा धुआँ नशेमन से मेरे
हवा चली तो बुझा दिया जाऊंगा.

महगें लिबास महलो के,मिट्टी की
तकदीर को सिलाने कहां जाऊंगा.

मोहब्बत ये सफर खुदा मेरा ना था
आशिक़ हूँ जान भुला दिया जाऊंगा.

आसमा का चाँद आसमा को मुबारक
मैं बोझ हूँ एक दिन उठा लिया जाऊंगा.
