Real time challenges, long tiring working hours it teaches you to adjust yourself to the hectic schedule.
The life can be hard and sometimes it can be lonely.
Life on land is easier than life on sea.
Long periods away from the touch of a loved one.
The voice of one’s near and dear ones, the late night barrage of texts and phone calls with a partner.
And apart all this the love for their job makes them all truly happy on board ships.
Finding joy in the small and unique pleasures is what keeps each one of them strong, miles away from home.

नई हौसला देता है,

बस बोसे देता है,
जैसे बारिश और जरा का मिलन,
खुसबू देता है,
यादों का हर आईना,
एहसासों का समुन्दर देता है,
बैठे पत्थर पे खो जाना,
एक सोच का हिस्सा है,
ये जिंदगी बहुत बड़ी है,

मुअक्किल ये है कि, जमाने मे सारे तिश्मार पडे हैं,
उम्र है, पढ़ लो, कुछ किताबें इश्क़ की भी,
इंसान को पढ़ने किये सारी कायनात पड़ी है
