है कर लिया एक फैसला,
अब आगमन में करार होगा।
शर्त बस इतनी है,
हर किसी का इंतजार लिखूं।
न किसी की आस लिखूं।
न ही कोई मृग प्यास लिखूं।
जीवन के अंतरकाल में,
कुछ गीत नया, कुछ मीत नया मिले।
और संगदिल हो, मन की विश्वास लिखूंगा।

अब सत्कार लिखूं,
न कोई तिरस्कार लिखूं।
न अहंकार लिखूं, न निराहंकर लिखूं।
न धुंकार लिंखू, न किंकार लिखूं।
मैं बस अब मन की मिठास लिखूं।
न त्रान लिंखु, न प्राण लिखूं।
मीत लिखूं, न कोई अमीत लिखूं।
मैं बस आज एक अनुनित कोई गीत लिखूं।
कुछ जीत नया, या फिर कोई अतीत लिखूं।
हर दिल में बसे ये नाम "भारत"।
हर बार वही "मेरा भारत महान" लिखूंगा।

Dear nation,
जिया तो अब तक नहीं, पर तेरे लिए ही मरना चाहता हूँ.
किया तो कुछ खास नहीं, पर ज़िन्दगी तेरे ही नाम लिखना चाहता हूँ.
तेरे आगोश में छुप के मैं रोना चाहता हूँ.
तेरे हर दर्द का मैं साझीदार बनना चाहता हूँ.
तेरे मस्तक का मैं गर्व बनना चाहता हूँ.
तेरे बाजुओं का फौलाद बनना चाहता हूँ.
तेरी खुशी का मरकज़, गुस्से की धार बनना चाहता हूँ.
चाहता हूँ, कि तेरा करीबदार बनूँ ,
मै शहीदों के पन्नों पे अपना नाम लिखना चाहता हूँ..!!

आजाद भारत के हम आजाद बाशिंदे है
स्वतंत्र नभ में उड़ रहे है हम वो आजाद परिंदे है
इन परिंदों के पर उन वीरों का तोहफ़ा है
शायद जिनके बारे में हमने कभी ना सोचा है

न याद रखेंगे हम उन शहीदों को, जिन्होंने गोलियां खाई सरहद पर,
लेकिन याद आएंगे वो हमें, जो बैठ कर लूट ले गए देश को,
कर दिया जिन्होंने खोखला इस देश को,
उनकी खातिर तो जाग जा ए देहभक्ति,
देख सच में आ गई हैं आज फिर से,
केलिन्डर में 26 जनवरी......
