कितना स्वभाविक है सत्य का वैराग्य प्रेम

I stopped a seagull today
and asked,
"What's that you are carrying
that far into the blue?"

It told me,
"I'm picking up your regrets
and dropping them the other side
conveying the passed on
that you tried good."

So I stood in the waves a little longer smiling
for, maybe,
they will take away and drop them
a smile or two, too.

I realised the unmanifest near the shore, witnessed the manifest in vicinity

The fishermen came to Murugan after cremating his father's belongings. After all, he was one of theirs, a son of sea like each one of them.
One of them patted Murugan and said "It is now your duty to take care of your mother and sisters" and began walking towards the temple priest holding his hand.
Murugan looked back at the sea and murmured,
"Why did you take him away?, Why...? "

The waves splashed against the temple rocks and a deafening breeze followed.

"Because he is my son and I love him, and from today, you're my son too", the sea replied.
