And you know I'm hopelessly lazy.
While others have their liners on fleek,
I struggle with dark circles too deep,
Pretty dresses on, even when they sleep,
and I dress up as a homeless zombie
even in the wake of the day,
yet you never fail to kiss my forehead
and tell me how beautiful I am.
You still adore the nerd that is me,
I don't think even once
about how I look when we meet.
