The high court has passed a  judgement that only skin to skin touch will be considered sexual harrassment under POCSO act. Sorry to say but it is surprising and very unfortunate .
Even though supreme court has put a stay on that but it made me adversely disturb. I don't mean to disobey the honourable court I just want to say that it's a very sensitive issue and related to dignity of women. One who goes through this shameful situation can never pull herself out for her whole life. If that incident doesn't come under POCSO ACT then what should be under this act? The minor who faced molestation is badly damaged in her mind and in her heart. Then why should that person not be punished? It should be a point of discussion but in present time no one  wants to say anything. Not even any feminist or any film actress.should it not be discussed or does it  not suit them ??
