They might have meant "pieceful", as they cut people into pieces and everything else as well. And except hatred and violence spread nothing else.
There was another group called Bulabula. They lived in Chulabula. The moment Hulabulas arrived in Chulabula, they created khalbali. Bulabulas were really peaceful but they will be made culprits by the Hulabulas in the coming centuries and Hulabulas will portray themselves as victims.
Where Hulabulas ruled everybody else was a victim except them. Some Gulagulas supported Hulabulas. Hulabula did everything Khullam khulla aur inka bigaad bhi nahi sakta kuch thulla. Kyunki inka dost tha Bulla aur ye rakhte the Khulla. Lullabula sunn nahi skate Hulabula ke against..aur fir Lullabula ke lulla me nikal aata rosogulla.
