God looked at the earth and thought,
"To make this earth colorful,
I filled every color equally then
why green is decreasing?"

একদিন সকালে চেয়ে দেখি আকাশের গায়-
দূষণ বাড়িয়ে ইস্পাত ঈগলের ঝাঁক উড়ে যায়।

প্রয়োজন নেই আর সূর্যের কিংবা সালোকসংশ্লেষ,
কার্পেট বোম্বিংয়ে ছারখার তাসের ঘর সভ‍্যতার রেশ।

শ্মশানের স্তব্ধতা মাখে কতিপয় বিপন্ন প্রাণ-
শবারণ‍্যে পড়ে থাকে পাঁজরের লালে সান্দ্রতার প্রমাণ।

Sometimes, I question if my actions were right
I know the intentions were pure, but did they reach your side?
I don't know what you might have felt
Hearing the words i said.
My tone was harsher than usual
But the pain was all i had.
I questioned if i could have done it better
Controlled myself to de-escalate the outcome.
But I was hurt too, and there was that.
I don't allow myself to feel such emotions
But that day wasn't mine to begin with.
I feel bad too, you know, and offended too sometimes
So am i allowed to not bite my tongue?
Am i allowed to unleash my truth?
Or is my curse the fact that i can never have my word?
So i do question if my actions were right sometimes,
And sometimes i also wonder if my actions were enough.

इस जात पात के चक्कर में हम कितना भटक गए
इंसानियत को भूल एक दूजे की आंखों में खटक गए

ये धर्म के ठेकेदार भी तो अपना उल्लू सीधा कर रहे है
खुद सुकून से रहके लोगो का ध्रुवीकरण कर रहे है

आओ हम सब साथ मिलकर सौहार्द बनाए रखे
हमारे देश के धर्म निरपेक्षता के सिद्धांत को ऊपर उठाए रखे

We barely keep it alive—
Like our snap streak,
For the sake of the past we shared
Despite the doubts that arise
In my mind
If we really had
Anything special
Or is it all just another filler?
Some friendships break worse
Leaving us all confused
On what went wrong?
How did we end up here?
But when you get older,
You realize that you respect
The one person who served as your anchor
In your tough times.
We are friends no more, so what?
I'm just glad that we have no reason
To hate each other at all.
Life happens, doesn't it?

पहचान ऐसी हो कि कोई "ना" ना कह पाए
और
आत्मा ऐसी हो कि घमंड को "हां" ना कह पाए!

Sometimes what you need
to keep peace,
And embrace all the pain
inside you.
When you learn to enjoy
The sorrows,
Nothing can break you down
Anymore!

You can't hold everyone no matter
How close they be to you
You have no clue how things changes overtime,
And sadly you have nothing to do
That can make things right for everyone
What makes worse when people say,
Words which you never expected would come from them,
May be somewhere your own deeds are to be blamed,
It somewhere breaks you,
You just stay numb for the moment,
Not knowing what you should do,
Only realising that you need an escape,
May be that is the safest way out,
Rather overdoing stuff to make things right,
And then ending to make it worse,
Somewhere we lack the empathy to mend the things in right way,
So it is okay to leave things where they are,
To keep yourself moving!!

Misfortune does bring us down,
but that shouldn't hold us back, be the
person to pull the shoulders square and
back to fight for the precious self peace,
as so many pieces of us always needs us.

كلــيل بلـا بـــدر تخـــيف و ترعـــد
وفــيها عصــافيــر الكآبــة تغـــرد

كَرعْـــدٍ ربــيعــيٍّ تـــروع وتذعـر
لتُحــرَق أوراقُ الســلامِ وتُوؤَد

إذا أبجديــات السـلام تضــاءلت
قصــائدها لا يَهْتِفَنْ بها هـدهـد

إذا أبجديـات الــسلام تصَــعبّت
على صفحات السلم لن ترسم اليد

تصَفّح سـجلات التواريخ ؛ تلـتقي
رموزا تنافي الحــرب ثُمّـتَ تُهــمِد

فلِلْخوف - لا غـرو - لغــات شهــيرة
تعيــها الورى جمــعا و لا تتجــدّد

و زُر مقبر الأحداث، إن بِتَّ منكِرا
هنــاك تعــي أن المعــارك تُنــفِد

أَقِمْ سـلّم التـاريخ و اطَّلــعن علـى
قرون خلت، تدري، لينفلت الـغد

إذا ورّت الأيام أنغام هدهد السلام تُحَيْت
الأرض، والأرض تسعد.

سأســكب إِكسِــيرا عـليها تــفاؤُلاً
ليَنتعِــشَن من موتـه ثم يُنشِــد

سقت أمما حربٌ خمورا، فأصبحت
تُعربِــد في قعــر الهلاك و تَهجــد.
