Hastily stiffen up your hiking boots,
Screw up your kitten or peep-toe heels,
Groom your hairs and twirl your locks,
Come with me to experience how wind feels.

The shrieks and howls of wind pivots,
As your mind composes and kneels,
Seeing the zephyrs exciting the peacocks,
Making them merrily dance on their slim keels.

Cheerily clench your arms into knots,
When the briskness of wind peels,
Bending grasses & plants like catapults,
Robbing trees of their puce and browny leaves.

Winds are whistling into natural flute's sheaves.

पहाड़ों की तलहटी से आया,
इक नन्हा कलमकार हूँ मैं।
हिमालय बनने की ख्वाहिश है,
पर अभी एक छोटा पठार हूँ मैं।

इन वादियों से बेतहाशा इश्क़ है मुझे,
जब इन वादियों से गुजरता हूँ,
तो ऐसा लगता है जैसे,
अपनी मेहबूब से गले मिल रहा हूँ।
और जब इन घाटियों की बहकती
हवाएँ मुझे छू कर गुज़रती है,
तो लगता है जैसे इक कली सा हूँ,
और बड़ी नज़ाकत से खिल रहा हूँ।

emerging florid ray ,
that adorns the dawn,
peeps through the hills,
vividly reigns over sky.
And when it gets wearied
of the lustre,just verges
along the setting sun, so
as to remain as a glimpse
of moon over the vast sea
