धागों के ताना-भरनी पर,
वो करना करघे का घर्घर;
कपड़े जो करघे पर निर्मित,
करें प्रकृति का जरा न अनहित!

मानव के प्रयोग की खातिर,
इससे बेहतर क्या है आख़िर;
हैं करघे पर भी उच्च कोटि के,
..........वस्त्र बन रहे आज!

ओ हथकरघा के कारीगर,
हाथों में तेरे भरा है हुनर;
तेरी कला की बात निराली,
वस्त्रों को पहचान दे डाली!

सदियों की इस परंपरा को,
बढ़ाकर पहना रहे जो ताज;
हथकरघा दिवस के अवसर पे,
है देश को आप पर नाज़!

वो धागा जो बुनते है तो बनती है कमीज
वो रंग डाल कर लहराते हैं चुनरीयां अजीज

उनके घर आंगन में रंगीन कपड़ो की भीड
उस भीड में भी सपनों की बोजी भारी

हर एक हात दिन-रात बुनाईमें धागे की
चुल्हे-चौकी के बाद हर हात में सुई धागे की

कभी देखा है पहनके 'हॅडलुम'
बडा सुकून मिलता है
दुआ हो किसीकी साथ में जैसे
एहसास रहता हैं

ये धागे बुनाई भी कमाल है जनाब
कही कपड़ो से शहरों के पास लाते हैं
कभी एहसास से रिश्तों के पास

Usually hardwork pays off.. But I wonder its wrong with Handloom weavers.. They are the most under driven people in economic growth perspective... If possible let's make them stand out...
