Private practice is an art of maintaining the balance between two extremes
"The Physician" & "The Businessman".
Though everyone have their own bent of mind it is highly recommended to try and maintain
THE Balance, while former is exploited by patients later is respected but at the cost of "The Physician" in you.

लोगो को कहते सुना हैं,
कि जले पर पानी और नमक नहीं छिटकाना चाहिए
पर सच्चाई इसके विपरीत हैं,
जले को पानी से तुरंत धो लेने से burning process skin मे खत्म हो जाती हैं,
और नमक का dilute लेप लगा देने से फफोले नहीं आते हैं|

When you have a healing aura you will attract a lot of damaged souls, a lot of strangers who have a story to tell but not to everyone, only to you.
You attract a lot of people who have suffered a lot in the past and are lost somewhere in the storm. And you are lucky to find them, the universe gave you the ability to help them so you should pursue what you are born for. You try to help them out by drinking their poison and adsorbing it(not absorbing). You help them out but don't you forget that even the healers need time to heal themselves. You are born with the ability of self-healing that doesn't mean that you can take any amount of poison. Take a break, have some rest and the next morning you're ready to help a stranger again.
