यहाँ सत्य क्या, असत्य क्या?
समय हर क्षण चल रहा,
निज पथ पर ही फिसल रहा,
हमने समय को बांध दिया,

वाम-आवृति इसकी गति है,
प्रगति ही इसकी नियति है।

क्या सतपथ पर सूचक चल रहे
अन्यथा प्रकृति को यह छल रहे?

हर ग्रह दक्षिण की गति कर रहे,
सहस्र पिंड दक्षिण-पथ पर चल रहे।

क्या साधकों से कोई चूक हुई?
या अन्तःकरण सबकी मूक हुई।
तो क्या हम पश्चगमन कर रहे हैं,
या भविष्य की चाह में
भूत की ओर बढ़ रहे हैं?
