No Manager will support you, No HR will support you, No colleague will support you, and No other team member. For your problems you only have to find ways to solve them. You only have to find solutions to your problems. You have to support yourself. You have to write emails by yourself , You have to debug your errors by yourself, You have to connect with Manager and ask for approvals by yourself, When you are stucked at some point in work then you have to consult with your colleague about it by yourself.
You have to take step if you want to get your work done. No one else will come for you. Grow up now. Time has change now. Be strong and Keep going with the flow.-
