No one to feed you...
To get you food or medicines
To pat your back and check the temperature
You want to take those words back
As your beloved, battles life in ICU
You wish there was something you could
hold on to,
Greater than this mortality, greater than
science,
You wish only if you had known God...
The day you sit alone, no wishes no sweets no invitations for
Christmas new year or Diwali coming in.
You wish you had smiled and talked to your
neighbours...
All that we shrug off ...
The significance we deny...
