Elixir of Love

People say men must be tough,
Must mature earlier than their age
To bear responsibilities tears and emotions they must keep at bay
And yet I see men of different shades
I see men who care, who cry, who express, who dream, who love.
I see men who are kind, funny, sensitive and giving..

And to the man who owns my heart
Teaches me to be a better human
I always think I got lucky to meet
Someone so kind. Maybe when I gave up on Love, Love chose me.

I think love metamorphosises
From romance to lust to care to
everything thereafter and in-between
His kindness makes me believe
No matter what I won't lose this smile
The happiness that our love brings
Shall only grow with time.

We race with the wind,
We walk hands in hands by the sea
We tease, we cook, we shop
We set up the house,
And together we weave the life we dream

I have been pushed down
And yet he chose to not give up on me
Through the hardest times
And toughest discussions

It seems life has begun with a new innings. Things and people that made me sad, drove me mad are suddenly nowhere to be found. Shackles that curbed my flight have been broken. Broken relationships that kept me a slave of darkness have been neatly pushed back.

I still question if I am a good human being and I strive everyday to out number the days when I did not feel like one, or live like one.

At times the question is if I need to forgive or need to be forgiven.

Life seems less eventful with this understanding that I will be wronged and I will be wrong too.

people away from modesty!

It doesn't matter how rich you're, how gifted or how wise you're, who you are!

If you don't treat people well,
you're going to be in their bad books forever

Some decisions would be unusual and painful,
Some would make life seem uncertain
But I think uncertainty is a better place to be sometimes. Especially if you current situation is not bringing you peace, growth, happiness let it go.
If you're questioning your worth every single day let it go. I have been there and I have made those hard decisions. There were days I questioned myself again and again but believe me, everything makes sense now. They were not meant to be. Things not meant for you will find a way to go, things meant for you will find a way to last.

Sometimes we are not living the best version of our lives and we hope for a rescue.

Something seen in movies. But in real life, you hold on tight. Keep a stonger stance externally and keep working on yourself.

That's how you get over the rainy days of life.

Even if a lot of time passes, the vibes and the memories related to a person can be hard to change, especially if two people were close.
