बड़ी संस्कारी थी वो सबकी नज़र में हर जुल्म जब तक सहती रही
एक शब्द क्या निकला खुद के हक़ में अचानक बद्तमीज़ हो गई।।

निर्णय क्षमता अच्छी है मेरी,
इसलिए... बडी़ आसानी से
फेंक देती हूँ मैं... सामान को ,
जब जरूरत नहीं होती उनकी... मुझे
घर... बहुत छोटे होते हैं ,
इन... बडे़ से... शहरों में ,
खुद मेरे... मेरे पैर पसारनें की जगह नहीं
ऐसे में... कहाँ रखो... वो मोटा
साँड सा टेडी और... इतनी जग़ह लेकर
फैल कर बैठता... था वो ,
मानो... मेरे घर में...
मेरे लिए ही... जगह नहीं
मेरा घर... हाँ... मेरा घर
सब... यही तो कहतें हैं..
कि शादी के बाद अब... ये मेरा घर है ,
पहले वो था... जहाँ
मैं और मेरा टेडी हम एक रुम में रहते थें ,
तब... ना तो मैं... इतनी मोटी थी ,
और ना ये...मोटा टेडी इतना मोटा ,
निकाल दिया, मैंने उसे... घर से बाहर
और... हमारी सोसाईटी की
वो बाई की... बिटिया
खुश है... वो उसके साथ...
और अब रहेगा उसके घर...
वो... खुशी से... और
शायद... सम्मान से भी ।
