If as a parents, as a family member, as a teacher, as a government.....They all are not providing good level of SEX EDUCATION to their child at right time then it's obvious to indulge in those things about them they don't know anything.

So, instead of blaming those children firstly, see that what is our country serving for giving good level of SEX EDUCATION?
