Moving Forward

Only now do I recognize the penitence that cascades down from your eyes,
For in those rivers, I do see your crimes
Which no longer hide behind their deceiving disguise

My heart wants to take you back,
It wants to love you, it wants to re-stitch it's cracks and build a stone wall around the pain that can never be taken away.

I am foolish to have stayed,
But it kills me to say,
That I should just keep you at bay,
Because this continual ordeal
Spikes my chest with needles of steel

stitch yourself a new mask.

poking my heart with
the needles of advice.

sometimes causing
a sharp unbearable pain
and sometimes
the beautiful teary smile
it gains,
But that needle is
too precious
to sew the wound,
It just digs
a little down to notice
whether the emotion
still exists around.

To the sweater of life

Life of a trypanophobic person -
Birth,
I am afraid of needles,
I hate injections,
Don't take me to a hospital,even if I am seriously ill,
Death 😂.

I feel jealous of the needles of my watch as they meet each other after a short span of separation even though the meeting itself is short-lived.
But they are Destined to meet again and that's what keeps them going!

I wish we were two needles of the same watch!
