Praveen sir,
I remember how during the YQ Bangalore meetup in the gigantic Lalbagh, my phone got out of network for two hours when my number was the point of contact. You came, driving from far away, tried to reach me but there was no response. You waited for two hours and left, saddened. I could imagine how infuriating that entire experience might have been. I called you when my network returned & I saw your message. You were surprisingly calm, taking the blame on yourself for not having been a part of the WhatsApp group.
Later, you were the first one to come to our Open Mic that was held after two weeks, volunteering to shoot videos of the entire event without any coercion. Your family attended (your father, wife and kid) and left without you, because there was responsibility at hand and you didn't leave until the event was complete, the data was transferred and we saw everyone off. Even while leaving, you exuded the same warmth. You shook hands with everyone, said goodbye & went down to thank the Mic wale bhaiya who stood unnoticed for 3.5 hours. In our brief interaction so far, you taught me more about leadership than the countless biographies I read. Thank you.
