to have misunderstood You!

गलती मेरी इतनी सी थी,
कि कई गलतफहमियो को पाला था मैने,
मंजिल थे अलग ,फिर भी उनको एक माना था मैने।
राहे थे जुदा, फिर भी उम्र भर साथ चलने का ख्वाब पाला था मैने।
पर अब ये ख्वाब भी कही टूट से गए,
ये मोह भी कही बिखर से गए।
जो कभी अपना सा था, वो अब बेगाना सा लगने लगा है।
जिस रिश्ते को जज़्बातो से जोड़ा था , वो अब बातो के सहारे जिन्दा रहने लगा है।

बहुत तकलीफ से खुद को खुद से ही उलझते देखा है मैनें ।
बहुत मुश्किल से खुद को इस कदर, फिर से संजोया है मैने।

अब अपने भावनाओं को बद्ध किया है मैने।
अब अपने दिल को किसी के लिए भी धड़कने से प्रतिबंधित किया है मैंने ।

Par apno ne itna begana kar diya,
Itna dard diya,
Ki jante huye bhi,
Banavti chehre apne lagne lage.

What I feel and what I opine
can actually differ from what I do.
This is the point where people misunderstand me.

I have left my cracks open,
so people won't misunderstand
the concept of love.

try to understand people
