I'm 2g Phone ,
She Is 4g Sim .
Impossible To Live Together,
Hard To Forget Her.-
So many wireless and instant messaging technologies, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp could not replace the charm of talking on a landline phone. 📞

Those days telephone was a luxury item.
Only rich people had the dialling phone at home, rest of the people walked to the nearby booth to call their near and dear people. They would call only once in a week especially on Sunday night 8 to 9 pm. Walk to telephone booth dial talk only if they got connection or else waited till next Sunday. Best thing was they wrote inland letters to tell they are safe and fix up the time for next phone call. Then came the Landline has a boon. Now we have smart phone in hand 24×7.-
the edge of my phone,
The same edge
that I press so comfortably
& snug against my shoulder
against my ear, for support;
My landline, my lifeline
My lifetime-
Without my phone,
I would depend on the landline
I know it's not as smart
As my smart phone
But I would be able to talk to you
And only that's what matters-
Jinki aakhen aasu se
namm nahi...
Kya samajhate ho use koi
Gum nahi
Tum tadap kar rodiye
Toh kya hua...
Gum Chupa ke hasne waale bhi
Kam nahi ..🙃

Time for Revelations- 43
After coming home, I kept thinking if I should call him or not. This was the best time to call him as ther was no one in the house that night. But there was a landline phone, and my parents could call anytime to check on me. I was still thinking that the phone rang. It was my father asking me if everything was fine at home. He spoke for a few minutes and then disconnected. I thought this to be the best time to call S as no one would call now for sometime.
The moment I dialled the number, my hands shook. I was so nervous. I hung up. Moments later, I got a call back. It was S. He thought I had made a missed call to be given a call back.
We both laughed at my stupidity.-
