अंतर्द्वंद

कैसी ये द्वंद है अंतर्मन से,
कि सही-गलत के उलझनों में उलझी रहती हूँ,
ख़ल्वत यूँहीं बैठ खुद से ही खुद की बातें करती हूँ।

ढ़ूँढ़ती हूँ अपने खोए कुछ टुकड़ों को,
कभी अमावस तो कभी चाँदनी रात में, पर कभी पा नहीं पाती हूँ।

कि भीड़ में भी मैं खुद की तलाश करती हूँ,
कभी हँसते तो कभी रोते चेहरे में मैं खुद को पाती हूँ।

गर कभी जो परेशां होना भूल जाती हूँ,
तो क्या खोया क्या पाया के तथ्यों से खुद को बहुत दूर पाती हूँ।
कभी खुद को सभी बंधनों से मुक्त, तो कभी उनमें ही जकड़ जाती हूँ।

ना जाने कैसी अंतर्द्वंद से गुजरती हूँ मैं,
कि कभी खुद की रिफ़ाक़त, तो कभी खुद को खराशें दे जाती हूँ।

हाँ... फिर कहीं मैं अपने अंतर्मन को समझाती हूँ,
कि यही तो जीवन है,
जो बकायदा द्वंदों में ही जी जाती है, जो संघर्षों में ही जी जाती है।।

अंतर्द्वंद्व!!

मैं ख़ुद से हारा हूँ,
वक़्त तो लगेगा जीतने में।
रोज ख़ुद के हाथों मजबूर हुआ हूँ,
वक़्त तो लगेगा बदलने में।
ये रोज-रोज के कसमें-वादे
ख़ुद से कर ख़ुद ही तोड़ देता हूँ,
मैं वो हूँ नहीं, पर वही बन जाता हूँ।
क्या खुद से जितना ज्यादा मुश्किल हैं,
या फ़िर ये नामुमकिन हैं?
हर तीसरे दिन फ़िर वही रंग में
मैं ख़ुद को भूल अपने दिमाग के बस में।

Internal conflicts create outer conflicts.
When internally we are
harmonised and at peace,
outer ones fade away
automatically.

Music alleviates Inner Conflict.

At times the storm inside us overpowers the one outside..
Just wait and remember that every storm has its tail !

The external ones make your vision blur,
but the internal ones clear your perspective...
provided you address them!

It's a inner conflict that makes you more upset than actual fight with someone else.

Yes, it took a long way to sort it out
I searched out of the way to figure it out
Searched what ? ....
The obstacle that detained my soul
The hindrance that obstructed the peace and firmness of the psyche
At last the real backstabber is within me not 'al fresco'
It was the inner conflict deep down my heart
How ignorant am I......
