Democracy is by far the best method when compared to all the other methods we have had to govern ourselves. In another words to rule the people of a land, territory, kingdom or a geographically marked piece of land that we know as a country. Like every other form of governance, democracy is not perfect either, but it is much better than any other systems mankind has ever known.
I have always admired Russian President Vladimir Putins' intelligence and his analytical capabilities when it comes to complex global geopolitical challenges. It doesn't mean that I support all of his moves. I know he is an autocrate but for the sake of writing I got to be neutral in order to portray the best analysis possible. Russia is still a huge country with a strong military and a defence industry that has always been blessed with innovative research and developments. Therefore, introducing unique warheads and weapons has never been an issue for Russia. However, making them easily marketable has always been an issue. Especially, after the collapse of the Soviet Empire!
