I see the restless dragonflies
and wonder
if they too are looking for a home elsewhere
not knowing they carry it within.

जो कराएं मुझे सैर आसमां की ऊंचाइयों की और मैं घूमूँ टशन में व्याध पतंगों सी यहाँ से वहाँ 😍

What I lack
are just the wings
of a dragon,
for I am a mere dragonfly,
my will,
strong as my ancestors,
ever observant,
ever changing,
I'll put you in a world of illusions,
mesmerizing you,
with my exquisite aura,
I'll captivate you,
with my agility,
but what I still lack,
are the wings
and grandeur
of the dragons.

Me, a mere dragonfly.

Fly भी dragonfly हो जायेगी,
Common fruit fly भी Drosophila melanogaster हो जायेगी और ये हुआ है.

Be a girl who never fear of Losing,
neither relations nor friendship,
because no one is Capable of Keeping you forever...

As the wind blew
with all its might,
Over the pond,
I saw a dragonfly,
Fluttering the wings
Yet motionless midair,
Trying to fly forth,
Fighting against the
Intractable wrath;
'So tiny yet such
Prevailing strength',
I thought.
And I glanced over
the pond, only to
See my own reflection.

Encounters with a dragonfly :×~

I was out, getting tanned,
in the hot October sun,
it was mild, yet soothingly hot,
my skin was all dried up,
but I didn't mind, I was too lazy,
to do anything about it or care.

Suddenly, a puny lil bug, came out of nowhere,
I couldn't make out its shape, in the blinding light,
so squinted my eyes, to see it right.

A dragonfly, buzzing around in its own tune,
kept hovering over the flowers nearby,
then came right at my face,
I shrieked out in surprise,
it got frightened more in turn, and
went back to the flowers,
buzzing in its own delight.

It must have been a baby, so small,
poor thing, flying around in this hot summer like heat,
I couldn't see its wings, it flapped so fast,
almost, at the speed of light type thing.

It was a cute little bug, never resting,
never stopping, the complete opposite
of what I could never be,
almost made me wish for a pet,
a dragonfly, I think, would be the best.

ಎಲ್ಲಿಂದಲೋ
ನೀ ಹಾರಿಬಂದೆ,
ಒಮ್ಮೆಲೇ ಬೀಸಿದ
ನೆಮ್ಮದಿಯ ಗಾಳಿಯಂತೆ..

ನನ್ನೀ ಕೈಗೆ
ಹೊಸ ಉಲ್ಲಾಸವು,
ಈ ಸ್ಪರ್ಶದಲ್ಲಿ
ಹೊಂಬೆಳಕು ಕಂಡಂತೆ..

ಪ್ರೀತಿಯಾಸರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ
ನಾವಿಬ್ಬರೂ ಸರಿಸಮ,
ಮತ್ತೆ ನಾಳಿನ ಭೇಟಿಯು
ಅನುಮಾನವಂತೆ..!!

I wish you adorn my skies every night,
not like the stars that are too far,
but, like those dragonflies
that manoeuvre around my breath
until, it rains on my pillow.
