Happiness comes when you understand the suffering. And when you try to differentiate suffering from happiness, the situation becomes so exasperating. You are happy because you love suffering and you love the way you are and you love to see yourself calm in Nostalgia. The man who suffers more seems happy inside and the man who hate to be suffered and maintain distance from it seems sad from inside and outside.
