If I invite you
for a stroll through my garden
doesn’t mean I’m giving you permission
to pluck my flowers.
for keepsakes.

My life’s a garden too
and I’m tired of travelers
posing for selfies
and leaving behind trash.

My flowers
bloom for me
and my sky
knows no boundaries.

So the next time,
you approach my gates
read the warning sign that says,

“Trespassers are welcome
only as long as they remember
to handle the flowers
with love and care”

seeds of pain
inside my heart,

I plowed it
with my pen.

Now,
poetry blooms in it.

i breathe
around the unstable zephyrs
of nothingness
where
the poems are dipped in abyss
and hold on a soul
that doesn't blooms
even in spring.
the nameless memories
which linger on my skin
refuse to fade away
even for a while.
i crafted
the image of you
which resembles a mirage
similar to our memories.
and an aching heart
doesn't ache anymore
as it lives in the voids
which outgrew
of the ephemeral love
we made in springs.

अब चलना भी
सीख ही जाऊंगी
ज़िम्मा मेरी वफा का है
तेरी बेग़ैरती के जनाज़े
थोड़ी उठाऊंगी !

the summer storm,
nor the cruel feet
that trampled upon
could stop it
from blooming,
amidst the inimical &
harsh conditions.

Even the wildflower
survived adversities.
