हैं धर्मों का सारा ज्ञान जहाँ
अपनी संस्कृति का भी है सम्मान यहाँ।।
सात सुरों की जहाँ अद्भुत नक्कासी है
वो हमारी प्यारी काशी है।।

मोक्ष का चलता कारोबार जहाँ
अमरत्व का भी है सार यहाँ
कोतवाल भैरव की जहाँ कृपा सी है
वो हमारी प्यारी काशी है।।

जन्म लिया कबिरा ने जहाँ
ज्ञान दिया बुध्दा ने यहाँ।।
साहित्य की जो सुन्दर झाँकी है
वो हमारी प्यारी काशी है।।
