-Iron is available in meat,liver,beans,jaggery & green vegetables.
-Daily iron requirement is:-
1mg in males & 2 mg in females.
NOTE:- MILK IS POOR SOURCE OF IRON.-
"Two months and two days" first time in total 25 years, we haven't talked with eachother.
The reason is not so big but I don't know why,

I listen to her voice

the rudeness in her tone
