'ख़ुद से ही', क्यों नाराज़ रहते हैं हम सब
कौन दिल दुखायेगा, कौन क्या ले जायेगा
अकेले आये थे, अकेले ही जायेंगे हम सब
कल के ज़ख्म को, आँसुओं से सींचते हैं
आज की हँसी को, क्यों 'तरसाते' हैं हम सब
यह होगा वो होगा, यह ना होगा वो ना होगा
हर पल सिर्फ़ 'खौफ़' ही क्यों खाते हैं हम सब
आओ याद करें, बचपन की वो बेबाक़ हँसी
ख़ुद को याद कर, ख़ुद को हँसाते हैं हम सब
आओ! जीवन में कुछ पल, यहीं रुक जाते हैं
रंज-ओ-गम भूल, कुछ गुनगुनाते हैं हम सब
ग़म मेरे कुछ ज़्यादा, तुम्हारे कुछ कम हैं
चलो! अब एक-दूसरे को, हँसाते हैं हम सब
ख़ुद ही ख़ुद पर, आज एक 'अहसान' कर दें
आओ! अपने होने का, जश्न मनाते हैं हम सब

Men : The Invisible Gender
Along the stretching lines of Female idealogy and Misandry, we say 'All Men are the Same' But Are All Women the Same?
As a Society we know more about girls being the Victim by Child Exploitation and As a Society we are not trained to view Men as Victims.
However truth is exploitation of Young Men and Boys is Overlooked, Dismissed and Pervasive across context.
While some of the silence surrounding the issue of sexual abuse against women is being broken, Men Victims will remain Invisible.
Consciousness about the existence of male victims of sexual abuse, recognizing, acknowledging and addressing the issue is need of the hour. Because MEN MATTER TOO.

Sometimes, all we need to know is.
The more we'll liberate an existence.
The more we'll be able to contemplate the love between..!!

At times speak rudely
Annoyed with people's
Figure of speech
Incapable of barring with them,
Say something
Which I shouldn't have
I do regret of my tone
I do feel bad
But then,what's wrong
End up wrongly
My anger,my annoyance
Depends entirely,on
Their past behavior
Towards me

Lending someone an ear, even
when you are in need of one.

Maybe sadness is word-bound to my soul. It's chant keep on witching my happy moments. My bright days wish for their vacation to get over. All the soul needs is to cross the imbroglios.
