as the forest hears my silent cries.
The moon showers its love,
hoping to make it all better.
But all I can think about
is our silly banter.

Here we are again
On our Thursday night call.
Laughing and joking
As time once again leaves behind fall.
We look at the moon
And its glow,
And wonder if the night would bring along
Some snow.
Coz nights are now
Turning cold
As we remember our memories so old.
Making new plans,
We get lost in a trance
Until the raindrops fall.
And it's warmth inside our hearts,
Crawls.
Smiling a smile so rare
But it was only fair
Coz we have been through highs and lows,
And conquered countless blow.
Here we are again
On our Thursday night call,
Laughing and joking
As time once again leaves behind fall.
