Is this the just justice?
Is black still, just a colour?

I used to think that
All the stars are broken
That all the dreams are cages
That what i do not know
Can not exist and if it does
It threatens whatever i knew to this point.
I used to think that
Relationships are rocket science
That there are few pleasing faces
To be rushed and impressed
Or i will end up sad and alone.
That love is a hundred meter race
And most chased the same medal
That if i loose i will only have
Myself to blame.
I used to think that Black
is the color of light when it
fails to reach the intended spot
That black also is absolute in itself
That it can only be formed when
All you know and seek gently fuse in.-
They told a secret,
To love a girl who reads,
For she will know,
There are worlds beyond,
The world full of needs,
But they held the real secret,
To love a girl who makes you write,
For she will know,
When black meets the white,
It’s not always,
Out comes the gray,
For she will know,
How to put black ink,
On a white paper,
And create a world,
From black and white,
A world full of colors.-
Every time I opened my wardrobe
I ended up choosing blacks
The blacks lent their colour to me
Rolled out red carpet for me
When I was feeling blue
Browned off
As white as a sheet
Or simply off colour
The blacks never chased rainbows
The blacks absorbed every colour
No wonder
The blacks are faded
And the "colourfuls"
Still shiny and bright-
"BLACK" is the logo of slaves...
#RACISM
Without the "BLACKBOARD" the
"WHITE CHALK PIECE" Can't write anything...-

"Your parents are so fair. Why are you so black?" The headmaster said, making the entire class burst into sheepish giggles.
The teary-eyed eight-year-old drooped his head to the ground. His polished shoes shone black, while headmaster's white keds were stained and spotted. Smile arrived as tears left his face for the ground.

The amount of Black
I carry within, is
the epilogue of
all the rainbows
I've blissfully
Exhaled.
