Be CURIOUS like a TODDLER 🙌 who CLARIFIES anything or everything without any EGO or SHAME. Coz we ADULTS 😈👿 ASSUMES​ more & CLARIFY less. Which leads to all the MISUNDERSTANDINGS​ in LIFE!!!

He was in love with her.
They were happy.
One day she skipped talking to him.
And the next day he was admitted in hospital..!

हकीकत कहूँ तो अब प्यार नहीं
ब्यापार जिस्मो का होता है,
जा देख लो अपने शहरों को
हर सख्श वहाँ का खोटा है।

I'm sorry for no letters in the past two days. I was spent in treacherous treks, in seeing off newfound friends, in planning departure from the balcony that gifted solitude to my loneliness. Tired, too. Tired of the newness this place has to offer when everything has started to seem old.

The sun has risen but the balcony floor is yet to see the light. It's cold as if wet. Despite the socks, my feet shiver when they land on the floor. Am I growing old? I met someone recently & they said that I should work on my fitness. If you are fit, you'd look quite hot. It was an uplifting suggestion, the kind that made me contemplate if I should return to Delhi & sign-up for a gym. If I should shun the staple North-Indian diet of fat aloo parathas varnished with butter.

But, for whom? I don't aspire to be wanted for a sculpted body but a nimble mind. For yourself, they said, how often do you check yourself in the mirror? Once in a few days, only while venturing out. Why not frequently? I don't feel the urge, I said. I don't feel beautiful, I felt.

Last time I felt beautiful, it was a year ago, you by my side. It appears decades ago now. Everything still seems new somehow and I'm not tired.

परछाई तक ना दिखी उसकी, सूरज भी ढल गया..
चमकते सितारों सा वो चांद , फिर से निखर गया.. !!

दीदार उसका ना हुआ, मैं ख्यालों में खो गया..
सुकून दिल को दिलाने के लिए , ख्वाबों में मैं उसका हो गया... !!
