I cant write today
My heart
Has started beating too fast
Is it a sign or a hint
To my future
Of writing ahead in the day
My mind refuses to write today
I, who used to be numb and emotionless
Has started feeling today
The conscience screams at me
And makes me aware
Of how broken I am
As I fall apart in front of people
In my verses
The universe
Does not seem beautiful to me anymore
The withered flowers have lost the poetry
The rhyming does not come to me now
My muses have become meaningless especially
The ideas are gone
The stories seeped into my soul
The chapters of my life are becoming shorter
Or are they becoming longer without any meaning
Writing was like inhaling
But it became the white elephant
Situated itself in my nerves and the base of my solitude
Refusing to leave from the tears that it had made its home in
The love has turned sweet
The hate gone sweeter
The facade has become a permanent
The mask never slipping off now ever
My pen refuses to dance and the emotions are too fast a beat
The light is dark or is too bright
Making me blind
The words fail me today
I cannot write

In the form of parents and grandparents,
they raise you with great
caution and love,
played with you, despite the
shortage of time,
despite having a pain in their waist,
they become a horse for your happiness.
But for some people, they
become white elephants over time
Instead of being grateful towards them,
they have no time to regret ...
also to apologize
Sorry for them

If words had wings,
I would rather have them caged
within the walls and the depths of my own conscience
If my words ever had wings,
Fettered would they be within the four walls of my volition
For my words fire bullets of inquietude
Untamed they stand
A white elephant to my collection!
Clipped would be their wings
Left only to thrive at the crest of
My flaming psyche..

..... Are we not neglecting these

The rituals
..... Are they not being lost 'indeed'

Molestation
Dowry
Child marriage
I guess these are not our surmise
Corruption
Murder
Dominance
Power
Just to tame one's 'white elephant'
Let's look at the past
When we taught the world
Peace dignity love brotherhood
Let's earn that back
I wonder how honoured would we be
To be called that 'GOLDEN BIRD' we used to be

sometime you feel like
you need to flaunt
But then you realize genuinely
that you don't want
sometime you feel that
something had to be started
Repent over a person you couldn't
prevent from being departed
relations are not an easy thing
to do,it takes sweat
It's not a business that grab an
opportunity at the drop of a hat
some consider it
as a white elephant
neglecting fact that situation
can't be handled only seeing the front
as in relationship
even sometimes saying ok
means to be "broken" !
