मेरे वो खुशमिज़ाज़ दिन....

वो भी क्या दिन थे
नज़ारे सब नमकीन थे
रातें भी थी जवां तब
सपने भी रंगीन थे ||

वो भी क्या दिन थे ....

हॉस्टल की वो मस्तियाँ
रंग बिरंगी हस्तियां
रात भर वो जागना
नोट्स किसी से मांगना
फिजिक्स, केमिस्ट्री और मैथ
मुश्किल तो बस ये तीन थे ||

वो भी क्या दिन थे ...

पेपर दे के वापिस आना
फिर से मस्ती में खो जाना
लाइब्रेरी में रात की पढाई
दोस्ती में छोटी मोती लड़ाई
सब वो लम्हे हसीन थे ||

वो भी क्या दिन थे ....

Whenever I think about the moments we've spend together,
I always forget about the pain you've gave me!

मुद्दतें गुज़रीं पर अब तक वो ठिकाना याद है...

where have you been lost ? Why don't you come now as you were before ? Why you not make my life happy again ? I am remembering those golden days; laughing and playing with friends, swinging in the park. Dear Childhood ! Please come back again.

Rain

How can I forget those days when inspite of carrying my umbrella, I used to lie to you..so that we could be under the same umbrella.
How can I forget those days when you used to splash on every puddle now and then only to drive me mad. But then you used to give an intoxicating smile which made my rage drive away along with the downpour, and it seemed like it took away all my sorrows too.

You know what, I used to have a dislike for the rains but then you made the rainy days some of the most memorable days for me.

And now that you've gone, the rains and I have a tête-à-tête over a cup of coffee. Furthermore, the raindrops give me solace.

So I guess I've stopped missing you now. Alas! Only if they stopped asking me about you.
