Waking up early morning to draw a colourful pattern infront of home door..
Wearing a new dress in this traditional day gives a lots of happiness blossom which spreads a love as odour..
Infront of our sun lord, with a good time started to put the brick..
Above that brick put a sand pot, tie a ginger and yellow bunch over the mouth of pot..
Pouring a milk to that pot, near that sugarcane stands as a tripod..
Started to burn the brick stove, few minutes later that milk starts outpouring..
At that time, starts to shout as "PONGALOO PONGAL"..
Add an ingredients for pongal & after the preparation of cooked pongal, put the banana leaf on sand & serving cooked pongal with banana, betel and Arica nut, traditional fragrance, lemon, to lighten up the traditional lamp & camphor to pray the sun lord..
Later, we served that pongal to crow for satisfying our ancestors, it's our faith..
After that, started to eat the sweetest sugar pongal..
This is the first day of our traditional festival "THAI PONGAL"..
