July, thriving green with monsoon rain,
Kissing good bye to summer's heat,
She brings forth spirit and verve again.

Laden with the elixir of heaven sweet,
Mused the parched Earth a deep sigh,
Kindling those life, long dead with heat.

New leaves on the trees danced high,
Oscillating in wind in glee and delight,
Ballerinas on nature's stage they fly.

Playing wildly on rooftops, with might,
Quavering eagerly to set up a show,
Unbridled the rain's orchestra on site.

Rampant among leaves, cold winds blow,
Showers in July is like a playful little girl,
Enthusiastically she plays like a doe,

Thunder and lightning the show unfurl,
