To the king of snacks,

Crisp, boiling hot, stuffed with Aloo (potato) with just the right masalas (spices), served with tamarind and green chutney. And, of course, endless cups of tea. You are got to be triangular, contain flour, potatoes, onions, and peas, be fried, and retain the shape when cooked. Samosa and chai, this combination is the love of my life. Samosa you are one food that has travelled far and wide, and like any popular traveller has left your footprints along the way. For me you are the gorgeous, deep fried, twisted pack of spicy goodness that oozes with potato. I love you with my favourite ginger chai, the taste that has weaved the magic forever. Red, hot and big samosa you have a pleasant smell that attracts any eye. Crushing your outermost part is my favourite. I can eat ten samosas in a single sitting with my beautiful adrak wali chai. People think of you as a junk food but I don't.
