Culver Hole
A sixty foot wall built into a crag in a Cliff
Culver Hole, shrouded in mystery and myth
Some say a secret tunnel from the Salthouse dose come
Where smugglers and cutthroats had their contraband run
Culver Hole can only be seen from the sea
A listed site that few have seen
It's understood that the building was used
As a dovecote to providing a regular supply of food
But it's story is hidden within the stone
Of older times of blood and bone
Whilst the cries of the gulls from the cliff tops high
Lure the traveller as he passes by.

Day 9: Smuggling : A historic blunder

You can smuggle and earn wealth not happiness.

Looting them without paying tax
Smuggling has been an age old curse
That hampers our economy
Let's together fight against it
And say no to smuggling

The seeds of smuggling bear sweetest of fruits and the smuggler only comes to know that they were poisonous as well at the point where the death of his life is unevitable.
