जब भी मैं कुछ बेबाक लिखता हूँ,
आंसू आ ही जाते है कभी कभी,
जब भी दिल से हिसाब लिखता हूँ,
हंसते है सब धरती पे लोट पोट कर,
जब सच में भी मजाक लिखता हूँ,
कांपते हैं हाथ कभी थरथराते हैं,
जब देश का हाल बेहाल लिखता हूँ,
लोग खड़े हो जाते हैं मेरे खिलाफ,
जब भी झूठ के खिलाफ लिखता हूँ,
गड़गड़ाते हैं तेज तालियों से कई मंच,
कुछ कहते हैं क्या कमाल लिखता हूँ,
झूठे रिवाजो-समाजों की पोलखोल,
खुद को समाज से अलग लिखता हूँ,
सपना है खुशियो की तिजोरियां खुले,
मैं दूर से ही तुमको अलख लिखता हूँ।
