How I see the world

This is how the world is -
They will make you a puppet on the stage of their plans
They'll toy with your emotions until you break
And then, they'll laugh.
To each person only himself matters
All others are playthings
On the way to their goal
To be used, enjoyed and then tossed aside.
Broken and bleeding
They'd lie along the road
To inspire some, and terrify the others
That this is the cruel puppet show of the world.
You either be the puppet and cry with pain
or be the puppeteer and cry with regret.

Like a puppeteer,
I pulled the strings on words
and made them sway to my tunes.
I thought of crafting tales, being various characters.

But now,
in silent dismay, I watch
the damn things cling
being my persona,
which refuses to be
anyone else, other than me.

The study table: I have seen her as a kid , scribbling all over me. I have seen her as a girl, exploring the world of books. I have seen her as a lover, learning, fighting, making up. I have seen her as an independent woman, working for hours to make her parents proud. I have seen a lot more of her and today I see her in a white veil.... they're separating us.

The Mystical Puppeteer!
All levers of power are else somewhere
in magical hands of a mystic puppeteer
I’m nothing but only one of his puppets
tangled to the strings tied to his hands!
I have no control any wishes or desires
enslaved by his dictates and command
It’s entirely his will when to take me out
and make me dance to his sweet tunes
or put me back in bag when so wishes!
In whatever condition he keeps puppet
it entirely depends on his wish and will
What should be appearance of puppet
clothing or size, shape sex or its colour
doesn’t depend on how one perceives
but on that mystic’s mysterious wishes!
