Scruffy hair, tangled. Unsettled.
Baggy clothes. A bulkier body.
Wrinkled face, crow's feet.
Much too plain.
Chapped feet in worn out slippers.
The appearance,
a common aversion, disrelished.
But be cautious
when you dismiss me.
Indigence is yours
when you're that swift
to judge a book by its cover.

rather the planes of my thoughts
take off and land
on the plains of plain paper.

Alluring are always appreciated,
but appreciating the plain having good heart is quite rare!!
