A Little nap take out from suffering and make you feel ecstasy.

Even an eight hour sleep cannot give a satiated feeling of half an hour morning nap after switching off the alarm.
My daughter's "5 minutes more mummy" nap always extends to one hour irrespective of, she was in school or going to office . And during exam times the naps get longer.
When we travel in bus or air, invariably our co passenger feels comfortable resting his head on our shoulder,while taking a nap.
By far, the best nap had been, when our English professor used to teach Macbeth, neither he nor the students understood the Shakespearian language ;)))

I love naps not because I get tired, but because in every nap I see him in front of me.

Usually, I don't sleep or even take a nap in the daytime. But the day I don't sleep for 6 hours, my body wants relaxation. On that particular day, I take a power nap of 10 minutes within journey time from home to office or vice-versa.

The interesting part is I wake up just before seconds, not more than 15 seconds, from my destination.
