Even if the whole world does not speak in a loving manner to you And
Even if only you speak lovingly to yourself you will be happy for the lifetime
But the opposite is also true
If the whole world speaks lovingly to you but if you don't speak lovingly to yourself
Then even if somebody speak to you lovingly, you will look at them suspiciously, wondering why they are nice to you and what they want from you
This is because we are not speaking nicely to ourselves
Happiness and peace depend only on how you think and talk to yourself
It's not dependant on anything or anyone outside

जिंदगी हमें हर हाल में जीना सिखाती है
कभी हसाती है तो कभी रुलाती है

कभी गिराती है तो कभी गिरकर
संभलना सिखाती हैं

कभी हराती है तो कभी हारकर
जीतना सिखाती है

जिंदगी में कितने भी दर्द और ग़म
क्यू ना मिले हमें उनसे लड़ना सिखाती है

वक्त एक जैसा नहीं रहता कभी वो भी
बदलता है वक्त के साथ ख़ुद को भी बदलना
पड़ता है हमें ये एहसास कराती है

जिन्दगी हमें हर हाल मै जीना सिखाती है
दर्द ओर ग़म मै भी मुस्कुराना सिखाती है
